02 No Registration Required
imquiz is designed for ease of use. You are not required to create an account or provide an email address to create or participate in quizzes. However, names provided for quiz creation or participation are stored in our database as part of the quiz functionality.
03 User Responsibility & Content
You are solely responsible for the content of the quizzes you create, including but not limited to text, questions, and descriptions. By creating a quiz, you represent that you have all necessary rights to the content provided.
imquiz implements an automated content moderation system to filter prohibited language. However, the presence or absence of moderation does not shift liability for content away from the user.
We reserve the right to remove any quiz that violates community standards, contains prohibited keywords, or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.
04 Permitted Use
- Quizzes must be created for entertainment and personal use only.
- You may not use our service to harass, bully, or collect sensitive private information about others.
- Commercial use of individual quiz links is permitted as long as it does not interfere with the service.
05 Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. imquiz makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of results, the uptime of quiz links, or the security of user-generated content.
06 Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. By continuing to use the website after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
